No1 Elite Boot Camp
Our Elite Bootcamp is for those with a good base level of fitness and strength who want to vary their training and push themselves beyond their limits
A TOUGH MILITARY BOOT CAMP - NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED !!
Pace: We work you at a higher pace to challenge you mentally and physically.
Training : Starts 3pm Friday and ends 1pm Monday. Early starts at 6.30am for circuits over the weekend & you will finish most days around 6pm before dinner. Our military instructors train some of the UK's elite professional athletes and armed forces personnel. Workout on the beaches, woods & grounds of our country house.
Fun: We will put a huge smile on your face even when it hurts! Whatever your sport or aims, the military fitness & army training will inspire you.
Food: An army marches on it’s stomach and your food is delicious but carefully balanced to offer perfect nutrition.
To come on Elite Bootcamp you should be exercising 3-4 times a week, be able to run 3-4 miles easily or participating in an active sport regularly.
