We use the freshest ingredients, prepared and cooked on site. Breakfast, lunch and superb dinner dishes are provided, with healthy energising snacks in between your fitness sessions and hikes to keep the body fuelled. Your taste buds will be in food heaven!

As boot camp is about permanent lifestyle changes, our trainers and chef help all campers to learn about nutrition, to adopt healthy food habits for the future and try our tips and recipes at home when they leave.
If you have dietary or special needs then please let us know. Our chef can tailor individual dishes to cater for all requirements. For those wishing to build muscle mass or whose daily intake needs to be higher, the menu will be more protein-based and deliver the right nutrition for your needs.

We will cater for allergies and religious requirements only but we cannot cater for food dislikes. We do cater for Vegans but we cannot currently cater for Raw Vegans. We are here to promote healthy eating and some food items may not be your taste.
No1 Boot Camp menus are carefully created by our chefs and the UK's top nutritionists and are designed and balanced to help you get through the boot camp week with the right foods from various food groups at the right times. Unless you have strong reasons why you cut out specific food groups we strongly recommend you stick with our menus.
Fussy eaters and people thinking they will use time on camp to try new faddy diets will not be catered for!
