What is a typical No1 Boot Camp Day ?

Our Classic Camp is the most popular of all our camps and our typical day is based upon this camp and the core activities you can expect to endure and enjoy! We like to make things fresh & exhilarating for all our campers, so each day will be a little different and may include other activities.

With educational talks, team exercises and nutritious healthy eating, No1 Boot Camp aim to give you real, lasting, lifestyle changing, fitness & weight-loss and fat reduction results.

Morning Activities

06:00Rise and Shine
06:30Run or a brisk walk to the beach & back
07:30A healthy breakfast to kick start your day
08:30Boxercises
10:00Snack and a short break
10:30Circuit training or similar

Afternoon Activities

12:00Lunch & a much needed break
13:30A long countryside hike
16:30Team games & exercises

Evening Activities

17:30Stretching & similar exercises
19:30A well deserved gourmet dinner!

After dinner time is for you to relax, mingle with the other boot campers or spend time on your own to chill and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our countryside house...

...because tomorrow you'll be doing it all again!!
