Service Description

Start the day by meeting the team and group, we talk through the week and what to expect. Introduction day focuses on exercise techniques, regressions and progressions of exercise and give the tools you'll need to improve fitness and understand your body better. Schedule: Workout 1 Breakfast Workout 2 Lunch Workout 3 Long Walk Stretching Please note that you are required to be at camp no later than 0620. Check-in at reception at 0625. Join the group promptly at 0630.
